The City’s Risk Management Division manages property and casualty insurance procurement, loss prevention services, contract development and review, claims adjusting and wellness programs on behalf of the City of Longmont. Through an intergovernmental agreement, the City provides similar services to the Longmont Downtown Development Authority (“LDDA”). The City and the LDDA desire to procure the services of one or more insurance brokers of record to perform the statement of work on behalf of each entity.

Proposals must be submitted online through RMEPS. The City will not accept hardcopy proposals, or proposals submitted by any other means. If any information in your proposal should remain confidential after award of the contract to the successful offeror, submit one complete public viewing copy of your proposal in accordance with the procedure in section IV, M of the RFP document in addition to your original proposal.
