The broker will provide expert guidance to ensure the program meets organizational goals in terms of cost-effectiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction. The City is not seeking the services of a commissioned broker, but rather a full-service employee benefits broker, experienced in serving organizations of similar size and scope.
