The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of Dog Park #1: erosion and sediment control, demolition of existing features (fencing, concrete pavement, crusher fines, gates), remove and store some existing features (benches, picnic tables, decorative dog’s hydrants, toy boxes, dog tunnel, kiosk), installation of new fencing, extension of water line into park, concrete flatwork, crusher fines walks, dog water features, a rain garden, landscape boulders, signage, modification to existing irrigation system, grading, finish grading, landscape restoration/revegetation. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications and the City of Longmont Standards.
