Description

The City of Lone Tree 2026 Pavement Plan Contract includes milling and repaving approximately 106,000 square yards with 10,700 tons of asphalt across multiple neighborhoods and roadways, including without limitation Country Club Estates, Cypress Greens, Lone Tree Pkwy, Centennial Ridge, Carriage Club, RidgeGate Pkwy, Park Meadows Blvd. The project primarily consists of 2" SX grade asphalt overlays, with limited full-depth reconstruction in specific areas. The contract is structured to be schedule-based, allowing the City to add or remove individual schedules as needed.
