Summary of Specifications:
The City of Littleton (“City”) seeks to retain a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for constructing a new fire station at the southwest corner of Trailmark Parkway and South Wadsworth Boulevard (Tract C), located in Littleton, Colorado. The purpose of this Request (RFP/RFQ) is to obtain relevant information, credentials, qualifications, experience, a proposed project approach, and fee proposal from interested firms to allow the City to select a CM/GC for the project.
