The project consists of removal, replacement and new construction of various site improvements around an existing City of Lakewood owned building. The project scope includes but is not limited to removal of existing landscape materials, concrete and asphalt pavement, CIP concrete retaining wall, minor earthwork, and installation of concrete flatwork and curb, trench drain and PVC pipe, soil prep and sod, plants, decorative rock and irrigation system components.
The project is to be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed
