ITB-4482 - Washington Heights Arts Center Remodel

Tenant Improvement to include:  new HVAC closets and ductwork, flooring repairs and replacement, replacement of the drinking fountain and mop sink.  Windows to be replaced and repaired as necessary.  New paint throughout with interior color to be determined and exterior to match existing.  New office to be constructed and spray booth is to be moved.
 
The City of Lakewood has conducted asbestos, lead and hazardous materials testing. Reports are available as part of the bidding documents.  They City will provide an abatement contractor. It will be the general contractor’s responsibility to notify City personnel to schedule the abatement contractor.  Sub-Contractors for hazardous materials must be pre-approved by the City.  Sub-Contractors associated with exterior window work must also be pre-approved by the City.
 
The project is to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
