Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Bid #2933 for:
Snow removal and ice control for designated vehicle parking areas, sidewalks, stairs, and the Civic Center Plaza area. Civic Center snow removal and ice control will begin when snow has accumulated to a depth of ½ inch or more, or as requested by the owner’s representative. Contractor shall respond within two hours to any snow removal or ice control requests made by the owner’s representative.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the Finance Department Conference Room, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226 at 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2009. Potential bidders must be signed in prior to meeting start time of 10:00 a.m. Latecomers will not be permitted to bid.
Bids will be received at the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st Floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, until 10:00 a.m., (MT) (our clock) on August 6, 2009. Bids will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of bid opening. Bids that are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders will be rejected.
