ITB-2869 - Park Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
This project will develop a youth baseball field and related improvements on a City owned park site at 2501 South Gladiola Way. Major items of work will include, depending on alternatives accepted: site grading (approximately 8,500 cy), ball field fencing (960 lf - 6' fencing, 100 lf - 10' fencing, 90 lf - 25' backstop), concrete curb and gutter (1,200 lf), concrete walks (6,500 sf), asphalt paving (3200sy), fine grading, irrigation, restroom installation, dugout covers, and site seeding or sodding. Project is to be completed within one hundred (100) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Two bid schedules are required of bidders, one for the project without overlot grading, the second with overlot grading.
