The City of Greeley, Colorado is seeking an experienced and dynamic, visionary professional planning consultant team to develop a West Greeley Community Subarea Plan. The main purpose for this subarea plan is to develop a comprehensive vision with goals, policies and implementation strategies that weave together a diversity of future scenarios cohesively into key thematic elements. The planning effort should help to identify and develop existing community members’ and stakeholders’ visions for the area, incorporate existing foundational plans and policies, and provide clear, actionable steps to accomplish our near and long-term vision.
