Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this request to enter into an agreement with one vendor to provide the UCCC 2009-2010 Programs. Pricing will include all material, labor and delivery of programs. The City of Greeley will provide a PDF file to successful bidder 2 weeks prior to the show. The vendor will submit a proof within 1 week of receipt of the PDF file and programs will be printed and delivered 2 days prior to the show time. The City of Greeley will determine the quantity of programs needed per show. The first show will be September, 2009.
