Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this request to enter into an agreement with one or multiple companies to provide small concrete work services, not to exceed $5,000.00, as specified for City of Greeley Departments/Divisions. The successful vendor(s) shall furnish and pay for all material, equipment, labor, transportation and supervision to provide specified services as outlined in this request. This agreement will not allow additional charges for travel or surcharges of any type. This agreement will be in effect through December 31, 2008. This agreement will have three annually renewable options if agreed to by both parties.
