Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this request to enter into an agreement with one company to furnish Asphalt Crushing Equipment to be used by the City of Greeley and Weld County. Billing will be submitted to each entity for time used. This equipment will be scheduled to accommodate both entities during the same time frame. Pricing will include rental fee, delivery and pickup of equipment as specified. Additional charges and/or other requirements from the bidder must be submitted with pricing.

Pricing for the rental of this equipment will be in full effect through December 31, 2009 with 2 yearly renewable options. Requests for price increases will be submitted in writing a minimum of thirty days prior to the price increase going into effect.
