The City of Greeley is accepting bids for (1) One 24’ 4” X 5’9” bus passenger shelter.
Dimensions; 24’4” long, 5’9” wide, 10’2” Height
Bidders are encouraged to inspect the shelter located at 920 A Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, prior to bid submittal.
The successful bidder will be responsible for;

  • Removal of the shelter and all associated items within 10 days of close of bid.
  • All tools, labor, equipment and transportation needed completely remove the structure from the site.
  • All site clean-up.
  • Any damage to surrounding infrastructure. Sidewalk, Curbs, Grass and underground irrigation system.
  • All traffic / pedestrian control for streets and sidewalks as per City of Greeley
  • All concrete mounted studs and hardware shall be cut off and ground flush with the concrete pad surface.

The successful responsive and responsible bidder will be required to make payment and remove this Bus Shelter within 10 working days after notice of award.  Payment may be made by cash, credit card or certified check at City Hall, 1000 10th Street, Greeley, CO  80631.  A payment receipt will be provided and will need to be made available to the Rodarte Staff at the time the centrifuge is removed.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the City of Greeley, Purchasing Office, 1000 10th Street, Greeley, CO 80631 by 9:00 am, February 22nd. The highest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded the purchase of this Bus Shelter.  We will accept bids emailed to averi.garcia@greeleygov.com as a sealed bid.  The City of Greeley will not be responsible for any delays in internet service or U S Postal Service in the event of late bids received.
