Summary of Specifications:
The City of Greeley is seeking to implement a comprehensive, consolidated print management system in order to standardize equipment, reduce costs, and create efficiencies across the entire City of Greeley. The current number of print and copying impressions in the City of Greeley is approximately 185,000 + per month. This number does not include small desktop printers that are located in a number of offices. The City of Greeley currently has black & white, color multifunction devices including inkjet and laser printers. The City of Greeley is looking for a solution that will help control the costs of printing and copying and, potentially reduce the need to print based on usage. This program will include but is not limited to multifunction devices (black and white and color) and laser printers (black and white and color), networked and non-networked devices. The vendor will provide equipment, periodic, scheduled maintenance, all consumable supplies (other than paper and staples) and full function print management software. During the term of the agreement, the vendor will make recommendations for upgrades of equipment and other software products that will keep the City of Greeley at the forefront of technology at a reasonable cost. The vendor will also work with each department to create a cost effective and efficient print environment.
