Summary of Specifications:
This work is for the construction of two brick and stone entryway columns at the intersection of 8th Ave. and 16th St. per the attached drawing titled 16th St. Entryway Columns. The City will provide all sandstone for the cap and side inset panels. The contractor shall provide all other labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the work to include the foundation and replacing the sidewalk as necessary to install the column and foundation. The stone will be made available to the contractor at a location in within Greeley.
