F24-10-092 - CM or GC for 7th St. and 12th St. Outfalls Railroad Crossing

The City of Greeley (City) is soliciting Statement Of Qualifications (SOQ) for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for Phase 3 of the 12th Street Outfall project. The work may also include the crossing portion of the 7th Street Outfall project under the UPRR and GWRR corridors. As the City has grown it has experienced significant flooding within the Downtown Basin. To plan for and mitigate the impacts of this flooding the City has adopted the North Greeley and Downtown Stormwater Master Plan (See Exhibit 7). The Master Plan has identified several outfalls to address the water quality and flooding impacts to the City. The study identified the 12th Street Outfall as the most critical stormwater project to be implemented.
