Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the removal of the existing built-up roofing and replacement with an EPDM membrane system including vapor barrier, underlayment, fill and tapered insulation, and prefinished coping on two (2) single story filter buildings. Approximate combined surface area is 12,658 square feet and approximately 984 lineal feet of parapet.
