Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this request to enter into an agreement with one vendor to provide inventory and auction services (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) for Sales/Use Tax Seizures for the City of Greeley (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). This agreement will be in full effect beginning January, 2009 through December 31, 2009 with 3 yearly renewable options if agreed to by both parties.
