IFB-FA08-04-124 - 59th Avenue/4th to 10th Streets-Phase 2

Summary of Specifications:
This project involves the construction of the second phase of the roadway widening to 4 lanes plus a landscaped median. Phase I, completed in 2007 prepared the east side of road for widening and utility work. Phase 2 consists of storm drainage improvements, irrigation improvements, earthwork, large block and small block retaining walls on the west side of the roadway and fencing. Utility companies will work on relocating the existing overhead facilities located on the West side of the roadway, to new underground facilities located on the East side of the roadway prior to street construction.
