IFB-FA08-08-206 - 2008 Sub-Standard Line Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
This work consists of three separate projects under one Contract. Separate Bid Schedules are provided for each project. Combined, the projects consist of the construction of approximately 1,498 linear feet of 8” diameter sanitary sewer and 991 linear feet of 4” diameter sanitary sewer services to replace individual sanitary sewer lines in the public rights-of-way of 20th Street (between 7th and 8th Avenues), 7th Avenue (between 19th and 20th Streets), 21st Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues) and 15th Street (between 12th and 13th Avenues). The project will include the construction of new manholes, new sewer services and abandonment of existing sanitary sewer lines. The project will also include the removal and replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and asphalt pavement.
