Summary of Specifications:
The work will be a new radiant floor system for the main exhibition spaces, with the system located in the ceiling of the parking garage with a newly formed dropped ceiling space. The heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment for the exhibition halls, concourse, and offices, etc. boiler, pumps, piping, rooftop equipment, etc. shall replace the in place systems. It is the intent that the mechanical contractor shall serve as the general contractor (although a general contractor can perform the work), with all subcontractor work performed under the mechanical contractor.
