The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the Safe Routes to School – Ella Street Project. This effort will include monolithic drive over curb, gutter, and sidewalk installation, an ADA Ramp, and asphalt patching. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids.
This Project is funded by Community Development Block Grants which requires the Work to be performed in accordance with the current Davis Bacon Wage Rate Determination and requires the awarded Contractor to complete the grant documents included in this Invitation for Bids and submit with the bid.
