Summary of Specifications:
Labor,materials and equipment necessary to remove ballast from three buildings, prepare surface after ballast is removed and install a new compatable PVC or TPO energy efficient membrane that was approved by the City. 

Minimum Specification 60 mil membrane, Mechanically attached, 15, 20, and 15 year warranties. 

Contractor shall be a certified installer for the the manufacture they represent in their proposal. (This is a Request for Proposal and contractors shall be evaluated in accordance to the criteria listed in the solicitation.)
