Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction desires to contract with a professional dispatch company that specializes in non-emergency medical/EMS/ambulance dispatching. The Contractor shall furnish/manage ambulance dispatch and communciation services for non-emergency situations. Such services shall include, but not be limited to, dispatch personnel, in-service training, quality improvement monitoring, and related support services. The Contractor shall accept calls from clients, determine the transportation needs and arrange for the service to be provided.
