Description

Currently, Human Resources information at the City of Grand Junction (COGJ) is heavily paper based and in need of a solution that meets or exceeds cybersecurity requirements and delivers paperless personnel files and HR process automation. COJC has approximately 1,000 staff including full-time, part-time and seasonal/temporary works.

COGJ expects to issue a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system later in 2022. This RFI is seeking HRIS solution information and budgetary pricing for an HRIS system that integrates/interoperates with one or more industry-leading ERP systems.
