Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive Bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to remove the existing HVAC equipment and install one 12.5 Ton Trane package RTU on the Fire Station #1 roof. Connect the new unit to the existing ductwork. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by contractors prior to submission of Bids. The replacement unit will be provided by the City of Grand Junction.
