Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Walk Down Meeting: Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit. The purpose of this meeting is to allow participants to inspect the site and seek clarification regarding the contents of this Request for Quote (RFQ).
The site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 12:00 Noon. The meeting will begin in the City Hall Auditorium, 250 North 5th Street, Grand Junction, CO and then proceed to the designated conference rooms for further review and visibility. Please note that no statements or discussions during the site visit will alter the terms of this solicitation. Any changes or clarifications to the RFQ will be made only through a formal written addendum.
