9707 - Municipal Court Case Management System

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers to purchase a new court case management system, the implementation of which should be concluded during 2023. The City currently uses a Laserfiche product for other departments which may be leveraged and integrated for this project.  The issuing of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to give vendors who are interested in entering into a contractual arrangement with the City an opportunity to submit proposals for the Court to review.  A consultant will not be utilized during the selection process.
