Fort Collins Utilities (FCU) is seeking professional configuration and conversion services for ongoing and/or periodic IBM Maximo enterprise asset management system maintenance, configuration, and/or enhancement support.
The City of Fort Collins Utilities is also seeking support for its continued implementation of a comprehensive Maximo asset management system for asset lifecycle, work order, maintenance, and materials management. The Utility is specifically seeking the professional services of a technical consulting firm to provide systems implementation and general support services including:

Maximo best practice implementation from an IT Technical and Business Process perspective;
Professional project management for the implementation of Maximo for the electric distribution utility; and
Related corporate and employee workflow, process and change management guidance (including workforce response to change) and support services for an electric distribution utility operation.
