The City of Fort Collins is seeking professional services to analyze its current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution environment and provide recommended ERP replacement options with an implementation roadmap. This includes options to replace JDE functionality with one or more ERP alternatives.
While the primary focus of this RFP is the assessment and analysis of the City’s current ERP solution environment, at the City’s option and subject to negotiations and mutual agreement of the parties, the awarded Professional may also be utilized to support other consulting services related to the ERP solution selection and implementation. Such services may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) development of technical specifications, requirements, and scope of services for the ERP solution; 2) support the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the ERP solution; 3) support the City’s evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to the RFP; 4) assist with the contract development; and 5) provide project management services, technical support, and/or other related services as required by the City to implement the selected ERP solution.
Alternatively, the City reserves the sole right to initiate separate RFP(s) for selection of a Professional(s) to support any or all of the services the City requires for the selection and implementation of an ERP solution.
