RFP_F-JH-0000000024 - 2019 Spring Clean-Up

The Spring Clean-Up program consists of citywide curbside collection of residential bulk items for transport and disposal at a waste management facility. While the City has guidelines for the program, the contractor will be expected to collect and dispose of all items that have been placed out for collection regardless of adherence to the program guidelines. The only exceptions will be for items that are illegal for disposal or will not be accepted by the disposal waste management facility. Contractor shall be responsible to sweep up any remaining debris or debris spilled by the contractor during pickup operations.
