Summary of Specifications:
The City of Federal Heights is requesting bids for 2016 Citywide Paving and Concrete Replacement Project RD 041605; mill and overlay of 102nd Ave from Federal Blvd. to Elm Ct, Elm Ct from 102nd to 103rd Avenue, 103rd from Elm Ct to Zuni St, Chip seal of Northborough neighborhood bounded on the east by Zuni Street, on the west by Federal Boulevard, on the south by 98th Drive and on the north by 101st Pl and Chip seal of Old Town neighborhood bounded on the east by Camenisch Way, on the west by Federal Boulevard, on the south by 90th Avenue and on the north by 92nd Ave. The area of paving work is shown in Locations Maps 1 & 2. The work general consists of removal of pavement and base by excavation, removal of asphalt mat by milling, placement and compaction of base material, placement and compaction of hot mix asphalt, adjustment of manholes and valve boxes, and city wide replacement of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt patching and crack sealing. The Engineer's Estimate will NOT be provided.
