Summary of Specifications:
The City of Federal Heights is requesting bids for 2015 Paving Project RD 041505; Elm Court, Rampart Street, Orleans Street and Lane, 91st Place and 89th Ave. The area of paving work is shown in Figure 1. The work in general consists of removal of pavement and base by excavation, removal of asphalt mat by milling, placement and compaction of base material, placement and compaction of hot mix asphalt, adjustment of manholes and valve boxes, and some replacement of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter. For Elm Court, there are two alternate scopes of work proposed. The Engineer's Estimate will NOT be provided.
