Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids will be received by the Project Manager electronically through email, until 09:00 am. on September 16, 2020 at which time said bids will be publicly read in a Microsoft Teams format.

Submitters must register their email address 24 hours prior to bid opening to be invited to the Microsoft Teams meeting at 09:00 am on September 16, 2020.

Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the Public Works Department.

The Evans City Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Evans, Colorado.
