RFP-19-020 - EEF Street & Parking Lot Sweeping Services

The Englewood CityCenter is a mixed use, transit-oriented development located in the northeast quadrant of Highway 285 and S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood, Colorado. The property is owned by the Englewood Environmental Foundation, Inc. (EEF) which is a non-profit corporation established by the city of Englewood. The area comprises approximately 55 acres in total. The common areas (approximately 12 acres) are the responsibility of EEF to maintain while the individual buildings are owned and leased by private entities. The site includes a parking garage and adjacent light rail station.
It is the intent of the EEF to receive high quality sweeping services in order to provide safe and convenient facilities for the public. Services will be provided in the areas highlighted on the attached map and more specifically described below.
