replacement to slide gates and gate actuator supports, repair and replacement to raw sewage pump discharge piping, CCTV and rehabilitation to sewer interceptors, centrate return piping modifications, leveling to storage warehouse concrete floor, replacement to variable frequency drives (VFDs), replacement and installation of new electrical distribution switchgears, modifications to the Headworks emergency generator transfer configuration, and installation of new emergency light fixtures.

Event Note

The City will conduct a pre-proposal meeting for those interested in responding to the RFP. Attendance at this
meeting is not mandatory. The meeting will be held at the South Platte Water Renewal Partners facility
located at 2900 South Platte River Drive on September 27, 2018 starting at 1:00pm MDT. At this meeting, the City will offer information about the Project and the procurement process. Those who attend the pre-proposal
meeting will have the opportunity to tour the Project site following the meeting to familiarize themselves with site conditions and constraints. Proposers shall advise the City Contact by September 24, 2018 of the names of
individuals who will attend the pre-proposal meeting. Due to space constraints, each firm is limited to two (2) attendees at the meeting and site tour.
