Additional Bidding Instructions

The contractor shall provide a proposal utilizing the form in the bid packet “Attachment A”, indicating combined charges for weekly trash removal and removal of recyclables no less than every other week.

An alternate service for composting can be submitted with Trash and Recycling or stand alone in this proposal.

Bids shall be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website (bidnetdirect.com). Proposals received using another method such as email, mail, or hand delivery will NOT be accepted or considered.
