Description

The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required service to submit firm quotes for the Annual Flowers, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these documents.

The following specifications are intended to describe the minimum requirements for furnishing approximately fifty deciduous trees and ten evergreen trees for replacement, Arbor Day Trees, Homeowner Cost-Share Program, and trees/shrubs for City Landscape Projects (April – October 2024). No firm or guaranteed quantities are expressed or implied herein, and the City shall not be obligated to pay for any product until ordered and received by the City.

This will be an “All or None” bid, awarded to a single vendor. Successful vendors must be able to supply a minimum of 90% of the tree varieties indicated.

Bids shall be completed on the form furnished and any exceptions to the specifications must be attached hereto and made a part of the contract. Retain one copy for your records.
