The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required products, to submit firm bids for Refuse Bags, as specified herein.
The City of Durango is committed to purchasing environmentally preferable and recycled products. Vendors are encouraged to provide bids on products with recycled content or which meet criteria for environmentally preferable products wherever such products meet the performance criteria specified in bid documents.

All prices bids shall be FOB Durango, Colorado.
Delivery shall be made, as soon as practical, after award.

The City of Durango reserves the right to allow other City agencies to procure items listed in this ITB during the term of this Price Agreement with the successful bidder. All items listed shall meet the same standards and specifications as specified above.

The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state and federal taxes
Bids are to be completed on the form furnished (pages 3-5 of this document) and any exceptions to the specifications must be attached hereto and made a part of the award. Retain one copy for your records.
Selected Vendor must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.).
The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotes received and to accept any portion of the quote or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the City of Durango.
