Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required products, to submit bids for 50 Personal Computers, 7 Workstation Computers, 10 Monitors, and 4 Notebook computers for the City of Durango. Note that quantities are estimates only. NOTE: Only quotes for Personal Computers (PCs), Workstations and Notebooks manufactured by Tier 1 (Enterprise Tier) Companies will be accepted. With regard to this bid, Tier 1 manufacturers shall include Dell, Hewlett-Packard and IBM (Lenovo). In the event that there are Tier 1 companies that the City of Durango is not aware of, vendors may include literature and other information in support of their bid response for consideration as a Tier 1 manufacturer. The City intends to compare all bids received to the State of Colorado Awards. The selection of a Tier 1 manufacturer shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years, ending December 31, 2016. Pricing and vendor selection may be revised annually, as needed.
