MPS1 - General Contractor for Development of Moore Parks Shop

The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required services, to submit proposals for General Contractor Services for development of the future Moore Parks Shop, 900 Cemetery Road, Durango, Colorado 81301.
The City is seeking a skilled, professional, and dedicated contractor to complete construction of the project in a cost-effective, competitive, and timely manner. The selection process has been designed to allow each contractor to clearly demonstrate their capabilities and interest in the project.
It is the intent of the City to negotiate a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract for construction with the selected Contractor, to include the work generally defined by the Design Development or Construction Documents available at time of award. A final GMP amount will be established with the successful contractor, based on 100% Construction Document drawings and specifications.
