Submit proposal via electronically at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado prior to the deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.
Retain one copy for your records.·    Each proposal must be accompanied by the provided Statement of Residency form.
·    Successful Contractor must have or obtain a current City Business License.
·    Successful Contractor must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.).
·    The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state and federal taxes.

The City of Durango reserves the right to waive minor informalities, reject any and all Bids, and/or accept the Bid that, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the City of Durango.
Include at least five client references from the Four Corners area that Contractor has done business with in the past 12 months. References shall include complete business name, approximate number of employees, years as a client, contact name, address and phone number.
