CS1 - Compensation Study and Classification Study Review

The City of Durango invites interested, qualified firms, capable of providing the required service, to submit proposals for a Compensation Study and Classification Review. It is the desire of the City to seek proposals from a qualified provider to undertake a market compensation study and complete a classification review. The project includes, at a minimum, a market survey of all City positions to determine if the City’s pay ranges for each job family are competitive with the market and to complete a review/update of all current job descriptions and classification.
