Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for the City Hall Bathroom Remodel Project will be received by the City of Durango until February 26, 2009 at 3:30 P.M (local time). Project generally will consist of converting the existing vacant mechanical room in the southwest corner of the City Hall into a new women’s bathroom, construction of a separate electrical meter service room in the vacant mechanical room to create a secure area, and remodeling the existing men’s and women’s bathroom for conversion into a men’s only bathroom.
