Summary of Specifications:
Improvements generally will consist of replacement of approximately 980 linear feet of the portion of the Animas River Trail behind Albertson’s and demolition of the existing concrete stair structure. The project shall include demolition and removal of existing structures, site grading, installation of new concrete bikeway, trailing lighting, trail railing, steel stairway, and site landscaping.
