ETDS RFP 51624 - An Economic and Tourism Development Plan for the City of Cripple Creek

With this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Cripple Creek (“Cripple Creek” or the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consultants to produce an economic development and tourism strategy plan (“EDTS Plan”) per the terms, conditions, and specifications in this RFP. The City is also undertaking an update to its Comprehensive Plan and has issued a separate concurrent RFP to address all facets of long-range planning, including, but not limited to, infrastructure, housing, transportation, natural resources and environment, water, housing, hazard mitigation, land use, and economic development. Proposers may consider assembling a team that can address both projects. Though the EDTS Plan is anticipated to be integrated with the Comprehensive Plan, it should be presentable as a separate document that can be reviewed and implemented independently. The two plans should be coordinated so that they inform and support each other and do not cause consultants to duplicate work.
