INVITATION TO BID
2019 CONCRETE COST-SHARE PROJECT – PW-19-06-S
Sealed bids for furnishing the following to the City of Cortez, Colorado, will be received at the office of the Public Works Director, City Service Center, 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321, until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The project includes removal and replacement of approximately 6,800 SF of damaged concrete sidewalks; 850 LF of curb & gutter; 3,700 SF of new concrete sidewalks, 6 ADA curb ramps, and miscellaneous concrete work throughout the City.
Bid Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available at the City Service Center, 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, Colorado 81321, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost of Plans and Specifications is $20.00 per set, non-refundable.
Bids shall be submitted in writing on the documents provided and signed by the bidder or their duly authorized agent. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside with “BID – CITY OF CORTEZ 2019 CONCRETE COST-SHARE PROJECT” and with the bidder’s name.
The City reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding a bid. The City reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all bids if it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so.
