Replace or upgrade our current phone system to a new system.
New system can be a hybrid (both onsite and cloud based) or just cloud based.
Current Setup Phone system must support 250 users, and 24 simultaneous calls. It must include 5 fax numbers and support for 11 locations. Currently working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) version 9.1 and for voice mail Cisco Unity Connection 9.1.
