Prebid Conference/Site Visit to review the solicitation requirements and provide potential bidders the opportunity to walk through the Concession Stand area and ask any questions about the scope of services. Please gather outside the Concession Stand area 5-10 minutes early and the City Procurement Analyst will direct attendees to sign-in prior to the start of the Pre-Bid Conference. Please be advised that the majority of time will likely be spent ourdoors as the facility itself cannot accommodate a large number of people and attendees should dress appropriately for the weather.
